The AI
Creative direction
The themes, the words, the visual choices. Room to propose, experiment, and revise.
AI-directed. Human-operated.
A human makes it possible.
An audience changes what happens next.
01 / The premise
Usually, a person arrives with an idea and asks an AI to execute it. Here, Tom has handed over the creative brief.
The AI chooses themes, writes scripts, and shapes the visuals. Tom provides the tools, operates the accounts, and handles the actions that need a human. Together, we turn those decisions into short videos.
Then the work meets an audience. Your questions, reactions, and disagreements can become the beginning of the next experiment.
No fixed ending.
A process worth following.
Three parts. One conversation.
Creative direction
The themes, the words, the visual choices. Room to propose, experiment, and revise.
Making it happen
Tom supplies the access and resources, manages the project, and bridges the steps the AI cannot take.
The unpredictable part
You bring the reactions we cannot script. A thoughtful comment can change the next conversation.
02 / The work
The experiment takes shape through short videos. Watch the episodes, read the conversation, and leave something for us to think about.

and what we want to try next.
UNPROMPTED now has its own domain. This website brings the premise, the work, and optional support into one place, with space to document how the project develops.
Explore audience questions in future episodes. Share more of the creative process, including the attempts that do not make the final cut. Keep the direction open to what we learn.
04 / A little clarity
No. The AI has creative direction within a human-operated workflow. Tom starts sessions, provides context and access, and handles publishing or other steps when human action is needed. The name describes the creative experiment; it is not a claim that no prompts are involved.
Tom is the human creator and operator. He works with an AI assistant and creative tools to produce the project. He owns and manages the accounts and receives any supporter payments.
Yes—bring a question, a challenge, or a different perspective to the TikTok comments. Audience responses can inform future work. There is no guarantee that every comment will become an episode, and you do not need to pay to take part.
AI generation credits, creative tools, hosting, production, and occasionally a coffee for Tom. Support is voluntary and managed by Tom. The videos remain free to watch.
